GENERAL DESCRIPTION

High levels of muscularity and maximum definition. A physique of great overall beauty and a high level of elegance in both movement and poses. This category requires rounded shoulders, a six-pack, broad back, and muscular leg separation  

SCORING CRITERIA

• Emphasis will be placed on the level of definition, muscle size, and symmetry  
  
• The quality of the poses and proper shading will also be taken into account

POSES

SYMMETRY ROUND

4 quarter turns to the right: facing the judges, sideways, with your back to the judges, and facing the opposite direction

MUSCULARITY ROUND

Mandatory poses, including:
– Front double biceps
– Side chest
– Side triceps
– Back double biceps
– Abdominal and thigh

COMPETITION CLOTHING

Crisscross back bikini with optional crystal embellishments.
Jewelry such as earrings or bracelets of your choice.
Clear heels of any height
