Men's Fitness Model

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

It's the men's fitness category with the least muscle mass, emphasizing overall physique balance while maintaining an athletic appearance. The low body fat percentage allows for a six-pack, defined shoulders, and a defined back, but not with the extreme conditioning seen in bodybuilding. Men's fitness competitors should present themselves like athletic models with a polished appearance, exuding self-confidence and a broad smile. This includes initial presence, posing, transitions, and overall presentation.

SCORING CRITERIA
