Men's Classic Physique

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

This category requires the highest level of muscle mass and extreme definition. It demands large muscle groups and maximum balance and symmetry
between the upper and lower body, as well as from the front and back. The degree of definition should include good vascularity, separation and
definition between muscle groups, and visible striations of the fibers in major muscle groups such as legs, glutes, chest, back, and shoulders.

SCORING CRITERIA

  • Broad shoulders, a narrow waist, and excellent balance between all muscle groups in the upper and lower body.
  •  Symmetry, presentation. Stage presence that exudes confidence, but not arrogance.
  • Poses that are always artistic and with minimal tremors, along with smooth, well-rehearsed transitions.
