GENERAL DESCRIPTION
This category requires the highest level of muscle mass and extreme definition. It demands large muscle groups and maximum balance and symmetry between the upper and lower body, as well as from the front and back. The degree of definition should include good vascularity, separation and definition between muscle groups, and visible striations of the fibers in major muscle groups such as legs, glutes, chest, back, and shoulders
SCORING CRITERIA
- Broad shoulders, a narrow waist, and excellent balance between all muscle groups in the upper and lower body.
- Maximum level of muscle development and definition, along with symmetry and proportion.
- Presence and confidence on stage. Poses must be executed with confidence and minimal tremor, and transitions must be smooth and well-rehearsed.
